1. On the Rule Builder toolbar, click the Save icon.
2. In the Save Rule Set As dialog box, perform the following tasks:
   1. In the Save in box, select <XX>_Rule_Set_Group (where <XX> represents your initials).
   2. In the Rule Set Name box, name your rule set  <XX>_System_Rule (where <XX> represents your initials).
      
      
      
      
3. Click Save.
4. Close Rule Builder.
5. In Rule Set Manager, select your <XX>_System_Rule, and click Enable.
6. In the Enable System Rules dialog box, type a password to enable the rule for all jobs in your Prinergy system. Click Enable.
7. Minimize Rule Set Manager.
