After upgrading the PressProof software on the server (for example, from version 10.0 to version 11.0), when a user logs on to a PressProof client workstation, A software update is available message appears. This message may also appear when a minor update is available. When a major update is performed, an upgrade to the PressProof client is required.

Tip: Watch for an asterisk (*) beside the PressProof icon on the toolbar. It indicates that a software update is available.

• To upgrade immediately, click Install.
  You must have the Mac Administrator's user name and password to upgrade the PressProof client.
