It is very important that the file scanning exclusions are set properly. Failing to do so will result in poor performance, processing errors and possible downtime.
If required, please consult your SentinelOne documentation for help on creating path exclusions.
Each section includes a list of folders to exclude. This is the easiest way to exclude the Kodak workflow software. Alternatively, you can exclude specific files within those folders. This is slightly more secure but is error-prone and must be very carefully entered. |

Special Considerations for Prinergy software Upgrades
During upgrades the SentinelOne software should be turned off. If it is left running it will cause the upgrade to take much longer than it normally would. If you are unwilling to turn it off completely then the C:\Temp folder and wherever the Prinergy & Oracle installer are located must also be excluded.
