1. To select one or all objects with the same properties:
   • In the Mac OS, press Control, and click an object in the Acrobat window
   • In Windows, right-click an object in the Acrobat window 
     
2. In the selection menu, click one of the following menu items:
   
   1. • Select object
      • Select all objects of the same type
      • Select all objects of the same color

   Or, select from:

   • • Select all objects of type
     • Select all objects using Screen
     • Select all objects using Calibration Curve

   To clear the selection list and return the page to the default screening, click Deselect all.
   A selected item shows highlighted with the color you specified in the Adobe Acrobat Preferences menu.

3. To add more items:
   
   1. • In the Mac OS, press Control+Shift+click to display the selection menu, and then select a menu item.
      • In Windows, press Shift+right-click to display the selection menu, and then select a menu item.

   This adds to the already-accumulated selection list in the Properties Editor dialog box.

4. To remove a selected item from the selection list using the selection menu, display the menu again and Shift+click on a menu item to clear that selection from the Properties Editor list.
