The Status tab helps you track layout tickets by indicating their status in the creation process. You can customize the Status tab to efficiently monitor layout tickets.
You can choose which columns to display and hide. Click System > Preferences (Windows) or Layout Automation Manager > Preferences (Mac) to set the visible columns. To arrange the columns in a specific order, drag and drop the columns as required.
Customize your Status tab by creating your own lists of layout tickets and organizing the tab's columns.
You can create lists to help you group and organize layout tickets. You can create smart lists, which are automatically populated based on criteria such as Customer Name, Date, or Custom Fields, or standard lists.
There are many states in the layout creation process. You may want to monitor only a few states, such as "Error" and "Failed."
