This topic describes how to load sheet media on Epson 7700, 7900, 9700 and 9900 printers 
Requirements:

• The media type must be set in Proofer Viewer for the device.
• You must know which side of the paper is the front, and which side is the back.

1. In the Proofer Viewer, click the Queues  button.
2. In the Proofer Queue, click the Pause  button.
3. Close the printer cover.
4. On the Epson Stylus Pro printer, press the Paper Release button.
5. Press the Paper Source button several times to select the sheet media type.
6. Press the down arrow (↓) key to reduce the loading vacuum to a minimum.
   
   On the control panel, the blue bar indicates the level of vacuum.
7. Feed the front side of the sheet media into the printer.
