Use Proofer Administrator for controller-level administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Either the Windows workstation name that was specified during the initial Windows setup or its IP address
• Windows administrator account

1. Open Proofer Finder by double-clicking the ProoferClient desktop shortcut.
2. In the Controller menu, select Administer by Name.
3. Complete the Type the Name or IP Address of the Controller
4. Click OK.
5. When prompted, type the password Pathfinder1, and click OK.

If someone else has Proofer Administrator open, the system prompts you to send a message requesting to “obtain the lock,” which—if the person at the other workstation agrees—allows you to open Proofer Administrator. If the other workstation does not respond within 15 seconds, Proofer Administrator opens.
