Requirements:

The Sheet Editor is open.

Use the Copy, Cut, and Paste options to create duplicate copies of a proof.

You can paste these copies onto the same sheet or onto another sheet, even if the other sheet is closed. You can only paste to sheets that reside in the Proofer queue, which means that you can copy proofs from sheets that are in the Trash window but you cannot paste to sheets that are in the Trash.

1. In the Sheet Editor, select the proof.

2. Perform one of the following actions:

   To	Do this
   Copy a proof	Click Edit > Copy.
   Remove the proof and paste it elsewhere	Click Edit > Cut.

3. If you are pasting the proof on another sheet, open that sheet.
4. From the menu bar, click Edit > Paste.
5. Save the sheets.
6. Close the sheets.
