Symptom

A sheet is not progressing up the Processor queue or entering the Proofer queue to be imaged.

Cause

A sheet will not move up the queue to be imaged if it is:

• Open
• Held

In addition, the proofer must have media that matches the media setting for the sheet and it must not be:

• Paused
• In an error state

Solution

1. Make sure the sheet is closed.
2. Make sure the sheet is not being held.
3. Make sure the proofer is not paused.
4. Make sure the proofer does not have an error message.
5. Check the sheet details to make sure the sheet's media matches that loaded on the drum.
