You can copy colors from a factory library into user libraries or between user libraries by copying and pasting or by dragging.

1. In Proofer Viewer, from the Configure menu, select Color Database Editor.
2. In the Color Libraries list, select the factory library from which you want to copy a recipe.
3. In the Colors list, select the color that you want to copy.
4. From the Edit menu, select Copy.

You may be unable to see the Edit menu on Mac operating systems. If you cannot see the Edit menu, press the CTRL key, and click the color in the Color Database Editor to view the options available for the Edit menu.

5. In the Color Database Editor, in the Color Libraries list, select the user library to which you want to copy the factory color recipe.
6. From the Edit menu, select Paste.

The factory color recipe appears in the user library's Colors box.
