Enable a hot folder to make it available for use. Disable a hot folder to prevent it from being used until you enable it again.

Note: The same steps apply to virtual printers.

  1. In Proofer Viewer, select Configure> Hot Folders / Virtual Printers.
  2. In the Hot Folders / Virtual Printers dialog box, select a hot folder.
  3. Perform one of the following actions:

The Enabled column indicates whether a hot folder is enabled.
