You can drag files directly to Controller Viewer instead of using an exposed shortcut folder on your computer desktop.

Requirements:

• You are logged onto the proofer controller, and the hot folder is enabled.

1. In Controller Viewer, in the Hot Folderlist, select a hot folder with a status of ready (indicated by a green circle).
2. Use your mouse to select and drag the input files from their folder location, releasing the mouse anywhere on the Controller Viewer window.

The selected hot folder processes the files.
