You can use the Calibration tab of the Media Configuration Editor to set up automatic calibration. This allows the proofer to print and measure charts without your input, so that you can calibrate the proofer while you do other tasks.

Requirements: Automatic calibration requires an inline spectrophotometer.

1. In Proofer Viewer, from the Configure menu, select Media Configuration.
2. Select a media configuration, and click Edit.
3. Click the Calibration tab.
4. Select the Use Automated Calibration check box.

5. In the Effort area, edit the number of optimization tries. 

6. Click Save.
