Disable a media configuration to remove it from the Calibration window, which can be useful to avoid confusion between media types. Enable a media configuration to be able to use hot folders or virtual printers that reference it.

1. In Proofer Viewer, from the Configure menu, select Media Configuration.

2. Perform one of the following actions:

   To	Do this
   Enable a media configuration	Select the media configuration, and click Enable. The Enabled column displays Yes to indicate that the media configuration is enabled.
   Disable a media configuration	Select the media configuration, and click Disable. The Enabled column displays No to indicate that the media configuration is not enabled. A disabled media configuration does not appear in the Calibration list, hot folder/virtual printer, or workflow software.
