Disable a media configuration to remove it from the Calibration window, which can be useful to avoid confusion between media types. Enable a media configuration to be able to use hot folders or virtual printers that reference it.
Perform one of the following actions:
To | Do this |
---|---|
Enable a media configuration | Select the media configuration, and click Enable. The Enabled column displays Yes to indicate that the media configuration is enabled. |
Disable a media configuration | Select the media configuration, and click Disable. The Enabled column displays No to indicate that the media configuration is not enabled. A disabled media configuration does not appear in the Calibration list, hot folder/virtual printer, or workflow software. |
