The KODAK Hybrid Cloud Solution is intended to run Kodak software and a limited range of antivirus software only.
Kodak tests and qualifies 3 different antivirus packages:
Instructions for configuring these packages can be found here. Other AV packages from other publishers may work, but are not tested and not supported.
If an AV package other than the ones listed above is suspected of causing problems, you will be asked to remove it from the host and/or VMs for troubleshooting purposes.
The KODAK Hybrid Cloud Solution supports backup and recovery via the Microsoft Azure Recovery Services agent.
Other backup software may work, but is not tested nor supported.
If an unqualified backup solution is suspected of causing problems, you will be asked to remove it from the host and/or VMs for troubleshooting purposes.
Other software and agents (such as network monitoring, inventory scanners, etc) are not supported and should not be installed on the KODAK Hybrid Cloud Solution.
If any third-party agents are suspected of causing problems, you will be asked to remove it from the host and/or VMs for troubleshooting purposes.
