Five new OPI features are available in Prinergy Evo:

• Optional searches into the subfolders of each image search path
• Optional inclusion of the clipping path specified in a Photoshop TIFF image
• Optional inclusion of the spot colors specified in a Photoshop TIFF image
• Optional soft masking for Photoshop TIFF images using an embedded alpha channel
• Optional drop shadow image transparency

Because all five features are optional, by default they are turned off to retain compatibility with existing setups. To enable these features, start the Process Template Editor and create or edit a refine to PDF process template. The new settings are found in the Images area of the Normalize section of the process template.
