Use the Uninstaller Wizard to remove software installed by the Workshop installer on client computers in order to perform a fresh install.

1. Perform either of the following actions:
   
   • (Mac OS) Choose Go > Applications, locate the /Kodak/Prinergy/Uninstall folder, and select the Uninstall Workshop file. In the Authentication dialog box, click the lock icon, type the Administrator password, and click OK.
   • (Windows) Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, find the Workshop version that you want to delete (the Workshop program appears as Prinergy Client). Click Change/Remove.

   The Uninstaller Wizard starts.

2. Select Complete Uninstall to remove all software (for example, Workshop, plug-ins for Acrobat, Prinergy VPS, Preps Workshop edition, and the Prinergy refiner PPD), or select Uninstall Specific Features to remove only specific software.
3. If necessary, restart the computer.

Note: When the Workshop installer is run in Japanese on Japanese localized OS on the uninstall app is not copied to the application folder. You must manually remove Workshop. PRINERGY-42828
