Use the Change Service User Name and Password dialog box to change the account name and password of the Prinergy Evo Service account. The Prinergy Evo Service account requires network access privileges.

When you install Prinergy Evo software, the installer automatically creates the Prinergy Evo Service account based on the account name and password you used. This tool enables you to update the password later, or change the account name if necessary.

1. In the Tools tab, click Evo Password.
2. In the Change Service User Name and/or Password dialog box, type the new domain and user account names in the DOMAIN\User box. For example, Administrator\JSmith.
3. In the Password box, type the user account password.
4. In the Confirm Password box, type the user account password again. It must match the password you entered in the Password box.
5. Click Confirm.
