Requirements: To delete your own annotations, you must have a Job Role that includes the Annotate user right, and the page's approval status must not be set. To delete other users' annotations, you must have a job role that includes both the Annotate and Give Final Approval user rights, and the page's approval status must not be set.

1. Perform one of the following actions:

• • Right-click (Ctrl+click on a Mac computer) the annotation and select Delete.
  • In the Annotations panel, right-click the row for the annotation that you want to delete, and select Delete.
