Use text and shape annotations in Smart Review to add comments and specify required changes to a file.

You can use the following types of annotations:

• Text annotations
• Straight and free-form lines
• Squares/rectangles
• Circles/ovals
• Horizontal and vertical guides
• Multiple shapes

The annotation tools are available only when you have a job role that includes the Annotate user right and when the file status is not set to Approved or Rejected.
