In this discussion we explore the Job Activity dashboard with respect to Active Jobs

To quickly view the statuses of Prinergy Jobs, select the metric that you would like to search by (column name) in the table report and select the sort by descending or ascending order arrow button.

All jobs that are “late” or “potentially going to be late” (todays date or earlier) will be color coded in BLUE. Other important report metrics in a job will also be color coded when complete. As an example, the Prinergy Page Count will be color coded blue after all pages were approved.

• When you mouse over a point, a pop up window provides a summary of all aspects of that job.
