You may have a large pool of Users that you want to bring into PRINERGY Portal - the Import feature will allow you to do that.

Select the Import button located in the right side of the user interface.

Steps for using the Import Users function:

1. Click on the Download Template link
2. Your web browser will download a sample file called Import-User-Template.xlsx
3. Open this file in Excel and populate the fields with your users' details.
• Username
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Plant
• Email Language
• Comments
• Role
4. Save the Excel spreadsheet (.xslx).
5. Select the "+" icon on the Import Users dialogue window.
6. If you used the Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) file as defined, make sure that you select the check box that indicates the "First row of Excel Spreadsheet contains column names"
7. The window will update to display the name of the file selected.
8. Click on Upload to proceed. Cancel to leave this window.

Upon submission of the Import, you will be presented with:

1. First three users in the xlsx file
2. Total number of users in the imported file
3. An ability to change the relationship of the fields to another

Click on Import to save, Cancel to leave this window.

If you clicked on Import, a brief pause may be noticed as the file is uploaded and converted.

With the completion of the Import function, you will be presented with a dialog indicating the number of users successfully imported. Or if, a failure occurred, the ability to see view the detail errors.
