PRINERGY Portal: First Time Use

Use this as a guide for your First Time use of the PRINERGY Portal environment.

Web browser - Pop-ups:

Depending on your web browser, you may need to adjust the settings to allow Pop-ups. After enabling Pop-ups, click on the web browser refresh button to allow for the log in window to appear.

Migrating PRINERGY Cloud Users:

As a PRINERGY Cloud Analytics Administrator, in the transition to PRINERGY Portal, the named Administrator will be automatically created as a new User with the Role of Administrator.

It is your responsibility to begin the process of defining additional Roles and Users. For additional information, please consult:

First time User:

If you are the designated Administrator for the site, when you receive your PRINERGY Portal credentials your User account will be given the Role of "Administrator".

Passwords:

KODAK personnel do not have, nor will have access to your password. If you forget your password, please click on the <Forgot the Password?> this will take you through a process of verification and a regeneration of a random password.
