The Prinergy Cloud Agent is being continually upgraded to provide new abilities for Prinergy Portal Services.

It should not be necessary to manually update the Prinergy Cloud Agent. as updates are automatically deployed to customer servers whenever new versions are released. The manual installation steps below are only required if automatic deployment did not work for some reason.

To perform a manual upgrade:

1. Download the latest Prinergy Cloud Agent from Partner Place Answer ID 72886
2. Extract the Prinergy Cloud Agent zip file.
3. Stop Prinergy.
4. Close Prinergy Administrator.
5. Run the Prinergy Cloud  Agent installer. This should automatically update the current Agent without any further prompts.
6. Close the Agent installer and restart Prinergy.
