Symptom

A job is not progressing up the Processor queue or entering the processor display area to be processed.

Cause

For a job to move up the Processor queue to be imaged, it must not be held and the processor must not be paused.

Solution

1. Make sure the job is not being held.
2. Make sure the processor is not paused.
3. If the job remains stationary in the queue, it may have been canceled while it was downloading to the proofer. Delete the job and resubmit it from the digital front-end (or hot folder if using the Open Connectivity Kit).
