Pandora / PLA 9.0.0

Pandora:

• From the Pandora9.0.x folder, open the Pandora 9.0.x.ini file with Notepad++(make sure you have File name extensions checked in View), edit the value in the line of text AzureMode=2, save the file. The DefaultUser.properties location will be located to C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Kodak\Pandora so that each user references and control their own properties file.
• For all users, review the Pandora 9.0.x DefaultUser.properties file, and update it with any edits that you made in the previous version.

PLA:

The PLA UI preferences folder is unique to each user, for example turning on and off certain visible columns. 

• From the Layout Automation Client folder, open the Layout Automation Manager.exe.config file with Notepad++(make sure you have File name extensionschecked in View), edit the value in the line of text AzureMode=2, save the file. The DefaultUser.properties location will be located at  C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Kodak\LayoutAutomationManager so that each user references and control their own properties file for the PLA UI.

Pandora/PLA 8.4.1

Drop-ins are available to address the following issues with Pandora/PLA 8.4.1 running in a KMS environment. Please contact the Kodak Customer Engagement Center for the Drop-ins.

• Layouts are sometimes failing to reimport into Prinergy from Pandora in a VDI environment. (Drop-in PC_7880) Note Prinergy 9.0 is require to work with the drop-in  to address this issue
• Unable to properly delete Step and Repeat layout from Pandora within VDI environment. (Drop-in PC_7880)
• Pandora on Mac slow to load marks when Primary server homed in KMS. (Drop-in Mac_7881)
• PLA marks slow to load when Primary server homed in KMS. (Drop-in PLA_AzureMarkSlow)
