You can generate and manage ICC DeviceLink profiles to be used in Prinergy.

ICC DeviceLink profiles are a powerful application of the mathematics of device profiles. They effectively combine two device profiles to create a one-way link with a single rendering intent, and can be used to align color on different output devices. In ColorFlow, ICC DeviceLink profiles are referred to as DeviceLinks.

A DeviceLink uses a color lookup table to transform CMYK input values in the source color space to CMYK output values in the destination color space.

You can only generate DeviceLinks between two CMYK device profiles in ColorFlow. However, you can import N-Color DeviceLinks created by applications such as Kodak Spotless Solution. N-Color refers to extended gamut process inks sets containing CMYK + up to 3 additional colorants.
