Delete traps from PDF files with the Kodak PDF Trap Editor plug-in before editing the pages, as you may be unable to delete traps after editing PDF page content. As a result, the traps may remain in the file, appearing as errors in the proof or plate.

1. Double-click on a PDF file or page to launch Acrobat software.
2. From the Tools menu in Acrobat software, select Kodak PDF Trapper and then Kodak PDF Trap Editor.
3. Click the Delete all traps.
4. Close the Trap Editor window.
5. Save the PDF file.
