Confirm that the workstation on which you are installing the Preps software meets these system requirements:

Memory	4 GB of RAM (available minimum)
Hard disk space	4 GB of available space
Screen resolution	1280 x 960 (minimum)
Qualified Anti-Virus	McAfee

Preps 9.0.0 in Prinergy 9 currently does not support Mac OS 11 (Big Sur). Big Sur support will be coming in a later release for Preps.
Note: The M1 chipset is not officially supported at this time.
