Marks can be automatically assigned to the darkest color. For Pandora to do this, the mark must have the colors defined within it using Darkest.1, Darkest.2, Darkest.3, and so on. It is also possible to define Lightest.1, Lightest.2, Lightest.3, and so on.

To exclude some colors from being used in marks, perform the following steps:

• On the Preferences > Marks tab, define the colors that are not to be used in marks.
  The colors for exclusion might include dielines, varnish, UV, and so on. When entering these color names, you must separate each one with a semicolon. Do not include any spaces before or after the semicolon. For example, UV;Die;Dieline;Varnish.
