Deleting unused hot folders or virtual printers removes them completely, benefiting system performance.

1. In Proofer Viewer, select Configure> Hot Folders / Virtual Printers.
2. In the Hot Folders / Virtual Printers dialog box, select a hot folder.
3. Click Delete.

Note: If the Delete button is not available, first click Disable, and then try again.

1. When prompted, click OK.
