Though Prinergy Workflow generates most job information automatically, you can define some optional job attributes. Job attributes can be defined when you create the job, or afterwards, in Job Finder. Job attributes include:

• Maximum number of layers (used in versioning)
• Proof due date time and final output due date time
• Job code
• Job status, ranging from Created to Completed
• Whether to enable Web access for customers who use InSite Prepress Portal
• ColorFlow information
• Which RIP to use for rendering this job

To set job attributes and job status:

• In Job Finder, from the Edit menu, select Edit Job Attributes.
