Why you should complete this activity

A process is a group of tasks used to make input files ready for output. A refine to PDF process converts input files to PDF. This activity demonstrates how files can be refined using the template palette.

What you'll learn

You will learn how to refine an input file (in this activity, a PostScript file) to PDF using a template palette. Following the refine process, you will view the PDF file in Acrobat.

What you'll need

In the location to which you extracted the activity files, find the Activity 03 folder and this file: Money Card.ps

What you'll do

You will refine a PostScript input file into two PDF files. The PDF files will be generated using a template palette. You will then view the PDF files using Acrobat.
