Important: Windows operating systems cannot be upgraded on the KPS MPI controller: if a newer version of operating system is required, you must upgrade the controller supporting the latest operating system.
The following KPS controllers are supported for upgrades:
- Dell OptiPlex XE3 Small Form Factor
- Dell OptiPlex 7050 Small Form Factor
- Dell Optiplex 7040 Small Form Factor
Controllers must have:
- Windows 10 IoT LTSC (OptiPlex XE3)
- Windows 10 IoT LTSB (OptiPlex 7050)
- Windows 10 Pro (OptiPlex 7040)
- Minimum 4GB of RAM
- Minimum hard disk space of 2 x 250GB hard drives
