  1. In Job Manager, right-click the Input Files pane and select Add Input Files.
  2. Add the following input file: Packaging Activity Source Files / Petra Label / Label_Grn.eps.
  3. In the Options section, select the Process Selected Files Using Process Template option.
  4. In the Choose Process Template dialog box, navigate to your workflow template: Workflow > Import, Refine and Loose 1-Up Artwork Proof > XX_Workflow_Temp_Group > XX_Workflow_Test. Click OK.
  5. In the Add Input Files dialog box, click OK.
    Note: If you cannot see the OK button label, enlarge the dialog box and the label will show up.
  6. In the Start Process dialog box, click OK.
    Monitor the processing of the job from refine through to the Virtual Proofing System stage.
  7. Right-click the refined PDF in the 1-Up Artwork column and select Open VPS files. The Prinergy VPS software starts automatically and opens the VPS files.
  8. Preview the VPS files. Close Prinergy VPS afterwards.
  9. Do the following to prepare for the next task:
    1. Delete all the VPS files after proofing the artwork.
    2. In Job Manager, remove the input file and delete the 1-up artwork PDF file.
