  1. From the Tools menu, select Process Template Editor.
  2. In the Process Template Editor, perform one of the following actions:
    • Right-click Refine and select New Process Template Group .
    • Select Refine from the list, and from the File menu, select New Process Template Group.
  3. Name the group XX_Refine Group 2 (where XX represents your initials) .
  4. Right-click your refine group XX_Refine Group 2 and select New Process Template.
  5. From the File menu, select Save As.
  6. In the Save Process Template dialog box, navigate to your XX_Refine Group 2 group using the drop-down list. Enter the name of your new process template. Type the name XX_Refine Preflight (where XX represents your initials).
  7. Click Create Process Template.
  8. In the process template window, select the process template option PDF Preflight.
  9. Open the PDF Preflight section. Using the Preflight Profile File drop-down list, select the profile (XX_ProfileHF) that you created in task 2.
  10. From the File menu, select Save.
  11. From the File menu, select Close.
  12. Close the Process Template Editor.
