  1. Select the Separations view of Job Manager.
  2. Select the Label_Layout layout (all separations should be selected) and then from the Process menu, select Layout Proof > Virtual Proof > Virtual Proof.Imposed.600.
  3. In the Start Process dialog box, click OK. When the process finishes, close the Process Info palette.
  4. Select the Label_Layout layout .
  5. Select File > Open VPS files. This automatically starts the Prinergy VPS software and opens the VPS files. The VPS files are physically stored in the VPS-Sigs folder under your job folder.
    Note: Selecting File > Open VPS files is an alternative to using the right-click menu.
  6. Use the Navigation palette (Window > Show Navigation Palette) to proof the entire image.
  7. From the Prinergy VPS menu, select Quit Prinergy VPS.
  8. Return to Job Manager. In the Separations view, look for the green check marks on the Virtual Proof column.
    Note: If you can't see the Virtual Proof column, go to the View menu, Visible Columns and select the Virtual Proof option.
  9. While holding the Shift key, select every green check mark. From the Process menu, select Approve. Enter a comment in the Approval Comment window if you'd like.
    Note: An alternative way is to click the cell in the Virtual Proof column next to A Front 1, selecting all green check marks at once, and then right-click to select Approve.
  10. Select the History view of Job Manager. View the history of steps accomplished for this job. View the latest entry regarding the Virtual Proofing System approval.
    Notice that you can see your approval comment here.
