In the event that you need to reset printer/ software communications, you should always follow these steps:
- Stop the Controller Software.
- Run Windows Services on the Controller.
- Select "Kodak Proofer Service"
- Right Click and select "Stop"
- Turn off printer
- Count to 20
- Turn on printer
- Wait for printer to startup
- Turn on controller
