You can mark a file or proof that is in the waiting state to be processed next.


  1. In Controller Viewer, click the Queue button.
  2. Click  (PC) or  (Macintosh) to display the pages, proofs, sheets, and proof copies for a file.
  3. Select the file or proof that you want to process next.
  4. Click .
    The Status column indicates that the item is marked to be processed next.
