Requirements:
- Files are in the Proofer Viewer Queues window.
You can view sheets in low resolution and high resolution to catch changes before printing a sheet on the proofer. This visual check helps you to avoid wasting media. In the Sheet Viewer window, which is low resolution, you can also edit sheets if desired. You cannot edit sheets in the High Resolution Sheet Viewer window.
- In the Proofer Viewer, click the
Queues - Perform one of the following actions:
To | Do this |
View sheets in low resolution | a. Select the sheet, and from the View menu, select Sheet. b. To edit the sheet, from the Edit menu, select Sheet. |
View sheets in high resolution | Select the sheet, and from the View menu, select Sheet at High Resolution. |
The sheet appears in the viewer.
