    In the Controller Viewer, you can generate reports using the right-click list, the Reports window, the Report menu, or the Information window.

    In Controller Viewer, perform one of the following actions:

    Using the right-click list

    1. Expand the file to see its pages, proofs, and copies.
    2. Right-click a page, proof, or copy, and select a report from the list.

    Using the Reports window

    1. Open the Reports window or tab.
    2. Select a report.
    3. In the Parameters pane on the right, set the parameters for the selected report.
    4. Click Run.

    Using the Report menu

    1. From the Report menu, select a report.
