To add a User to PRINERGY Portal, follow these steps:



Select the Add button located on the right side of the user interface. You will then be presented with a window that contains three submenu categories:

  • User Info - use this to define User details
  • Email Subscriptions - depending on the Role defined, this can be used to define what notifications the User could receive
  • Roles - use this to define the relationship that User has to the respective Roles within your organization



User Info - use this to define User details

There is an optional capability to apply a picture to the User account.

User Picture - to upload a picture for your user account.

  • Select the "pencil" icon
  • Navigate to a .jpeg image stored on your computer
  • Select Upload
  • To remove the picture, select the "x" icon

By selecting the checkbox, you can define a User as a Contractor. This will then also give you access to a From: (Start) date and To: (End) date.

By using this, you can control who is classified as a Contractor - and the calendar dates that they would have access. Further control features can be applied through the definition of Roles.

NOTE: The use of the From: and To: are optional. If used, and the Contractor does attempt to access outside the window of time, they will be denied access.


Plant

If defined, you can optionally determine the association of a User to a respective Plant.

Email*

User's email address. This must be a valid email address, as it will be used to log on to PRINERGY Portal

Email Language

If defined, you can optional determine the language in which the email notification will be generated. Default is English.


Default Landing PageAllows you to define which view a User would be presented with upon logging on to PRINERGY Portal. Current options are: Service view (Default); Resources, or Administration. This can be used in conjunction with the Roles to further enhance the experience.

* Are required to be completed before save.

Once the mandatory or optional fields are completed, select the Save button. The new user will receive an email from kodakondemand@kodak.com with the Subject: PRINERGY Portal Notice: User Created . It will be necessary for the new user to activate the account by setting a password.

Or select the Cancel button to leave the page



Email Subscriptions: use this to define the notifications that the User account would receive.


Enable Event Notifications - select to receive any notifications that the Role may account for.

User Created

If a new User has been created, an email notification will be generated to the User’s email account of record.

User Info Modified

If any details of a User have changed, an email notification will be generated to the User’s email account of record.

User Deleted

If a User has been deleted, an email notification will be generated to the User’s email account of record.

Select the Save button

Or select the Cancel button to leave the page



Roles - use this to define the relationship that User has to the respective Roles within your organization

Select a Role for the user account. This list of Roles may vary based on the definitions established within the Administration / Roles.
