You can create and manage smart lists to automatically reflect the addition and deletion of layout tickets.

Creating a smart list

  1. In Layout Automation Manager, click Create Smart.
  2. In the List Name box, type a name for your smart list.
  3. Click + to add a rule. Click - to delete a rule. 

Editing a smart list

To edit a smart list, perform one of the following actions:

  • Double-click the list to open the Add Smart List dialog box.
  • Right-click the list to open the context menu, and click Edit Smart List:<listname>.

Note: You cannot drag layouts into a smart list.

Deleting a smart list

  1. Right-click the smart list that you want to delete.
  2. In the context menu, click Delete Smart List:<listname>.

Note: You are only deleting a view of the layout tickets. All layout tickets remain in the All Layouts list.

Renaming a smart list

  1. Right-click the list name and click Rename List.
  2. Type the new name and click Enter.

Smart list rules

To set up smart list rules, double-click the name of the list and select + to add new rules to it.
