Make sure that IS screening is used instead of the normal threshold array screening.
If IS screen instance has been used, open the Screen Instance with ScreenSet Editor, and check that the screen instance has the Continuous Screening check box selected.
Ensure that you have a license for IS screening. See Configuring seamless screening.
