When a shopping cart is checked out, the OPS system sends an XML file to Prinergy detailing its contents. The OPS Data Model saves these files in its OrderStorage directory, independently of what the processing rules do with the files. If a received order is not accepted by an RBA rule, the order file is stored in the Rejected subdirectory for troubleshooting.
