- InSite Prepress Portal or PressProof 9.x or InSite Creative Workflow 9.x are installed and operating correctly.
- Your monitor is calibrated using the Matchprint Virtual software.

- You have matched the viewing booth's luminance to the monitor's luminance.
- You are using the correct virtual reference proof files:
- For use with InSite Prepress Portal or InSite Creative Workflow—
KodakReferenceProof_SWOP_C3.pdf - For use with PressProof software—
KodakReferenceProof_SWOP_C3.tif
- You are using a hard copy Kodak reference proof with an expiry date.
Kodak reference proofs are based on SWOP C3 stock and SWOP C3 ICC color profiles. You can download the Kodak Reference Proof images and other required profiles from the MATCHPRINT Virtual Technology site at http://www.kodak.com/US/en/prinergy-workflow/matchprint/default.htm.
Important: Do not use the reference proof after its expiry date. If the expiry date has passed, contact your system administrator to order a new reference proof (part number 518-04165A) through a service representative.
- You have created a color target by importing the appropriate ICC profile (SWOP C3) for the reference proof that you will use.
