Page History

Preview is a tool that enables you to preview pages with page arrangement. You can also approve or reject pages, but you cannot review pages.

Note: You can define specific Preview Permissions per customer.

1. Locate the job, and click the job name.
   The pages of your job are displayed.
2. In the actions and filters area, click the Preview button.
   
   
   
   The following Preview window opens:
   
   
   
   
3. Use the following tools to view and approve Pages:
   
   
   
4. To approve Jobs, Signatures, Page Sets or Versions, click the button in the lower-left corner of the screen:
   
   
   
   
   • • Approve all the pages at once by clicking the Approve Job button.
     • If your job has imposition, you can approve signatures by clicking the Approve Signature button.
     • If your job has page sets with pages assigned to them, you can approve the page sets by clicking the Approve Page Set button.
     • In LPV jobs, you can approve specific versions by clicking the Approve Version button.

Die Vorschau ist ein Werkzeug, mit dem Sie eine Vorschau der Seiten in ihrer Anordnung anzeigen können. Sie können Seiten auch genehmigen oder ablehnen; jedoch können Sie keine Seiten überprüfen.

4. Zum Genehmigen von Jobs,Signaturen, Seitenfolgen oder Versionen klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche in der unteren linken Ecke des Bildschirms:
   
   
   
   
   • • Genehmigen Sie alle Seiten gleichzeitig, indem Sie auf die Schaltfläche Job genehmigen klicken.
     • Wenn Ihr Jobein Ausschießschema enthält, können Sie Signaturen genehmigen, indem Sie auf die Schaltfläche Signatur genehmigen klicken.
     • Wenn Ihr Job Seitenfolgen mit Seiten enthält, die ihnen zugewiesen sind, können Sie die Seitenfolgen genehmigen, indem Sie auf die Schaltfläche Seitenfolge genehmigen klicken.
     • Bei LPV-Jobs können Sie bestimmte Versionen genehmigen, indem Sie auf die Schaltfläche Version genehmigen klicken.

Preview est un outil qui vous permet d'afficher un aperçu des pages avec leur arrangement. Vous pouvez également approuver ou rejeter des pages, mais pas les réviser.

4. Pour approuver des travaux,des signatures, des ensembles de pages ou des versions, cliquez sur le bouton dans le coin inférieur gauche de l'écran :
   
   
   
   
   • • Approuvez toutes les pages à la fois en cliquant sur le bouton Approuver le travail.
     • Si votre travailcomporte une imposition, vous pouvez approuver les signatures en cliquant sur le bouton Approuver la signature.
     • Si votre travail a des jeux de pages avec des pages qui leur sont affectés, vous pouvez approuver ces ensemble en cliquant sur le bouton Approuver le jeu de pages.
     • Dans les travaux LPV, vous pouvez approuver des versions spécifiques en cliquant sur le bouton Approuver la version.

L'anteprima è uno strumento che consente di visualizzare in anteprima le pagine con la relativa disposizione. È possibile anche approvare o rifiutare le pagine, ma non è possibile rivedere le pagine.

Nota: è possibile definire un'opzione Visualizza anteprima delle autorizzazioni specifica per ogni cliente.

1. Individuare il processo, quindi fare clic sul nome del processo.

     • Se il processoha imposizioni, è possibile approvare le firme facendo clic sul pulsante Approva firma.
     • Se il processo ha set di pagine con delle pagine assegnate, è possibile approvare i set di pagine facendo clic sul pulsante Approva set di pagine.
     • Nei processi LPV, è possibile approvare versioni specifiche facendo clic sul pulsante Approva versione.

Previsualizador es una herramienta que le permite previsualizar la disposición de las páginas. También puede aprobar o rechazar páginas, pero no puede revisarlas.

Nota: Puede definir Permisos de vista previa por cliente.

   • • Puede aprobar todas las páginas a la vez haciendo clic en el botón Aprobar trabajo.
     • Si el trabajotiene imposición, puede aprobar las firmas haciendo clic en el botón Aprobar firma.
     • Si el trabajo tiene conjuntos de páginas con páginas asignadas a ellos, puede aprobar los conjuntos de páginas haciendo clic en el botón Aprobar conjunto de páginas.
     • En los trabajos LPV, puede aprobar versiones específicas haciendo clic en el botón Aprobar versión.

プレビューは、ページを配置しながらプレビューできるツールです。ページの承認や却下も行えますが、ページを確認することはできません。

     • ジョブに面付けがある場合は、［折丁の承認］ボタンをクリックして折丁を承認できます。
     • ジョブにページ セットがあり、それらにページが割り当てられている場合は、［ページ セットの承認］ボタンをクリックしてページ セットを承認できます。
     • LPV ジョブでは、［バージョンの承認］ボタンをクリックして特定のバージョンを承認できます。
