Note: (Integrated system only) Make sure the version of the integrated InSite Prepress Portal is 10.0, and make sure you run the ICU utility on the integrated InSite Prepress Portal server prior to running the installer of the InSite Creative Workflow.

1. Log on to the Creative Workflow server using the ARAXI account. Do not perform the upgrade using a Remote Desktop connection.

2. If you have not downloaded the TwAm_10.0.0.109.zip file already, download the file now and save the file to the J: drive on your Creative Workflow server (e.g. j:\ICWStuff folder).1
3. Extract the TwAm_10.0.0.109.zip file to the j:\ICWStuff folder.
4. In the J:\ICWStuff folder, open the TwAm_10.0.0.109/TwAm folder and double-click setup.exe.
   The InSite TwAm Installer launches and then a warning message about the license key requirement appears.
5. Click OK.
   Then a warning message about the .NET Framework and about a required reboot appear.
6. Click OK.
   The .NET Framework installation start. The process is expected to take 3-5 minutes. Once the installation completes, the system automatically reboots.
7. Once the system starts up again, log on and repeat step #4 to launch the installer again.
   The InSite TwAm Installer launches and then a warning message about the license key requirement appears.
8. Click OK.
   The InSite TwAm Installer wizard appears.
9. Click Next.
   The InSite Creative Workflow and IIS services stop.

10. On the NT User Account screen, type the password (generally ARAXI). Type it again to confirm it.
    Click Next.

11. On the Summary screen, click Next.
    The installer updates the software on your system.
    Notes: The process is expected to take 10 minutes. During the process, the Installer wizard interface may show "..(Not Responding)" state. That is normal. The installation/upgrade processes are healthily happening behind the scene. Please leave the state and wait; DO NOT abort the installation/upgrade process by force-quitting the installer wizard.
12. The ICCU wizard appears.
13. On the Welcome screen, click Next.

14. On the Configuration Scenario screen, select whether you are configuring a standalone or integrated InSite Creative Workflow server, and click Next.

15. On the Administrative Credentials screen, perform the following actions:

    1. Type the password for the ARAXI account.
       If the system is integrated with a Prepress Portal server, the user name and password must match the user name and password for the INSITE service on the Prepress Portal server and the ARAXI service on the Prinergy server.

    2. If you have moved the server to a domain, select the Domain Account check box, and type the account name in the format: <DOMAIN>\<account user>.

    3. Click Next.

16. (Integrated system only) On the Prinergy Primary server Information screen, type Primary Server Name and Primary Server IP Address, and click Next.

17. (Integrated system only) On the ICU Run Confirmation screen, if you have run the ICU on the InSite Prepress Portal server, select Yes, I have run the ICU utility on the InSite Prepress Portal Server, and click Continue. If you have not run the ICU on the InSite Prepress Portal server, run it now, then select Yes, I have run the ICU utility on the InSite Prepress Portal Server, and click Continue.

18. On the DMZ Mode screen:

    • If the system is integrated, click Next.
      Note: In an integrated system, the Prepress Portal server can be in a DMZ environment, but the InSite Creative Workflow server cannot.

    • If the system is standalone, and if you are putting the server in a DMZ environment, select the Run InSite Creative Server in DMZ mode check box, and click Next.

    • If you are not putting the server in a DMZ environment or if you plan to set up the DMZ environment later, click Next without selecting the check box.

19. (System with tertiary server only) On the Tertiary Server screen, the server that you have configured for storing projects and libraries (other than the InSite Creative Workflow server) is listed. Type the IP address of the tertiary server, select the file access protocol, and click Next.
    If you do not have a tertiary server, this screen does not appear.

20. (Distribution server configuration only) On the Distribution Servers screen, any distribution servers that you have installed and configured (other than the InSite Creative Workflow server) are listed. Select the name of each distribution server, type its IP address, and click Next.
    If you do not have any distribution servers, this screen does not appear.

21. On the ICW Data Model Information screen:
    • If the system is standalone and you want to install the ICW Data Model on a Prinergy server:
      
      1. Select the EnableICW Data Model check box.
      2. Type the Prinergy Server Name and IP Address.
      3. Check Use SSL encryption if needed.
      4. Click Next.
    • If the system is integrated:
      

      1. Select the Enable ICW Data Model check box.
         Note: Prinergy Server Name and IP Address are retrieved from the previous step and they cannot be changed in this step.

      2. Check Use SSL encryption if needed.
      3. Click Next.
    You can leave the check boxes cleared if you are not installing ICW RBA Data Model to a Prinergy server or if you plan to install it later.

22. On the Email Relay Server screen:

    • If the system is standalone:

      • If you are using an email relay server other than Microsoft email relay server:

        1. Check Use default email service checkbox.

        2. Enter the IP address or a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) of the e-mail relay server

      • If you are using the Microsoft email relay server:

        1. Uncheck Use default email service checkbox.

        2. Enter  the Microsoft email relay server name. It could be smtp.office365.com, but it could also be another server, for example, <yourdomain>.mail.protection.outlook.com might be your mailserver. Please consult your Microsoft 365 Admin Center for more information.
        3. In the Email Address field, Enter one email address in your Microsoft 365 tenant authorized to send mail.
        4. In the Password field, Enter the password for the Email Address account.
        5. In the HTTP Proxy field, if your site is using a proxy for your servers to access the World Wide Web, enter the proxy's URL. Consult your IT department to see if a proxy is being used.
        6. In the HTTP Proxy Port field, enter the port number that the HTTP proxy will accept requests on. Consult your IT department to obtain the information.
    • If the system is integrated, all the information should be copied from ICU on the integrated IPP server. Make sure all the information is correct.

23. Click Next.

24. On the Configuration Summary screen, check that all the actions that you want the ICCU to perform are listed, and click Apply.
    The configuration starts and a progress bar shows the status.

25. (Integrated system only) When the configuration is complete, you will be requested to restart the InSite service on the Prepress Portal server. In the restart message that appears, click OK. Restart the InSite service on the Prepress Portal server as requested in the message.

26. When the configuration is complete, click Diagnostics.
27. On the Diagnostics screen, click Finish.
28. On the Configuration Results screen, check that all the steps display a status of Done, and click Done.
    If a step displays a status of Failed, record the error message, and then continue with the upgrade. When the upgrade is finished, contact your service representative for help diagnosing the problem. You cannot start the InSite Creative Workflow system until the problem is resolved.
29. Click Finish.
30. Click Yes, I want to restart my computer now, and then click Finish.
    The server restarts.
    Note: Depending on the history and the configuration of the system, ICW system (TwAm service) may take 10-15 minutes to startup for the first time after the upgrade.

5. Klicken Sie auf OK.
   Dann erscheint eine Warnmeldung über das .NET Framework und über einen erforderlichen Neustart.
6. Klicken Sie auf OK.
   Die Installation von .NET Framework beginnt. Der Vorgang wird voraussichtlich 3-5 Minuten dauern. Sobald die Installation abgeschlossen ist, wird das System automatisch neu gestartet.
7. Sobald das System wieder hochgefahren ist, melden Sie sich an und wiederholen Sie Schritt 4, um das Installationsprogramm erneut zu starten.
   Das InSite TwAm-Installationsprogramm wird gestartet und es erscheint eine Warnmeldung, dass der Lizenzschlüssel erforderlich ist.
8. Klicken Sie auf OK.
   Der InSite TwAm Installer-Assistent wird angezeigt.
9. Klicken Sie auf Weiter.
   Die InSite Creative Workflow- und IIS-Dienste werden angehalten.

10. Geben Sie auf dem Bildschirm NT-Benutzerkonto das Kennwort ein (normalerweise ARAXI). Geben Sie es erneut ein, um die Eingabe zu bestätigen.
    Klicken Sie auf Weiter.

11. Klicken Sie im Fenster „Zusammenfassung“ auf Weiter.
    Das Installationsprogramm aktualisiert die Software auf Ihrem System.
    Hinweis: Dieser Vorgang wird voraussichtlich 10 Minuten dauern. Während des Vorgangs wird auf der Benutzeroberfläche des Installationsassistenten möglicherweise ... (reagiert nicht) angezeigt. 12. Der ICCU-Assistent wird angezeigt.
13. Klicken Sie im Begrüßungsfenster auf Weiter.

14. Wählen Sie im Bildschirm „Konfigurationsszenario“ aus, ob Sie einen eigenständigen oder einen integrierten InSite Creative Workflow-Server konfigurieren, und klicken Sie auf Weiter.

15. Führen Sie im Bildschirm Administrative Credentials folgende Aktionen aus:

    1. Geben Sie das Kennwort für das ARAXI-Konto ein.
       Wenn ein Prepress Portal-Server in das System integriert ist, müssen Benutzername und Kennwort dem Benutzernamen und dem Kennwort des INSITE-Diensts auf dem Prepress Portal-Server und dem ARAXI-Dienst auf dem Prinergy-Server entsprechen.

    2. Wenn Sie den Server in eine Domäne verschoben haben, aktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen Domänenkonto und geben den Kontonamen in folgendem Format ein: \. <DOMAIN>\<account user>.

    3. Klicken Sie auf Weiter.

16. (Nur integriertes System) Geben Sie auf dem Serverinformationsbildschirm von Prinergy Primary Namen und Adresse des Hauptservers ein, und klicken Sie auf Weiter.

17. (Nur integriertes System) Wählen Sie auf dem Bildschirm „ICU-Ausführungsbestätigung“, sofern Sie die ICU auf dem InSite Prepress Portal-Server ausgeführt haben, dann Ja, ich habe die ICU auf dem InSite Prepress Portal-Server ausgeführt, und klicken Sie auf Fortfahren.       Wenn der Server nicht in eine DMZ-Umgebung versetzt wird oder Sie die DMZ-Umgebung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt umsetzen möchten, klicken Sie auf Weiter, ohne das Kontrollkästchen zu aktivieren.

19. (Nur System mit Nebenserver) Auf dem Bildschirm „Nebenserver“ ist der Server aufgeführt, den Sie für das Speichern von Projekten und Bibliotheken neben dem InSite Creative Workflow-Server eingerichtet haben. Geben Sie die IP-Adresse des Nebenservers ein, wählen Sie das Dateizugriffsprotokoll, und klicken Sie auf Weiter.
    Wenn Sie keinen Nebenserver haben, wird dieser Bildschirm nicht angezeigt.

20. (Nur für Konfiguration mit Verteilungsserver) Auf dem Bildschirm „Verteilungsserver“ werden alle Verteilungsserver aufgeführt, die Sie neben dem InSite Creative Workflow-Server installiert und konfiguriert haben. Wählen Sie den Namen der einzelnen Verteilungsserver aus, geben Sie die IP-Adresse ein, und klicken Sie auf Weiter.
    Wenn keine Verteilungsserver vorhanden sind, wird dieser Bildschirm nicht angezeigt.

21. Nehmen Sie auf dem Bildschirm ICW-Datenmodellinformationen Folgendes vor:
    • Wenn das System eigenständig ist und Sie das ICW-Datenmodell auf einem Prinergy-Server installieren möchten, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
      
      1. Aktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen ICW-Datenmodell aktivieren.
      2. Geben Sie Namen und IP-Adresse des Prinergy-Servers ein.
      3. Aktivieren Sie bei Bedarf die Verwendung der SSL-Verschlüsselung.
      4. Klicken Sie auf Weiter.
    • Wenn das System integriert ist, gilt:
      

      1. Aktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen ICW-Datenmodell aktivieren.
         Hinweis: Name und IP-Adresse des Prinergy-Servers werden aus dem vorherigen Schritt bezogen und können in diesem Schritt nicht geändert werden.

      2. Aktivieren Sie bei Bedarf die Verwendung der SSL-Verschlüsselung.
      3. Klicken Sie auf Weiter.
    Sie können die Kontrollkästchen deaktiviert belassen, wenn Sie das ICW-RBA-Datenmodell nicht auf einem Pringery-Server installieren oder es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt installieren möchten.

22. Auf dem Bildschirm "E-Mail-Relay-Server":

    • Wenn es sich um ein eigenständiges System handelt:

      • Wenn Sie einen anderen E-Mail-Relay-Server als den Microsoft E-Mail-Relay-Server verwenden:

        1. Aktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen Standard-E-Mail-Dienst verwenden.

        2. Geben Sie die IP-Adresse oder einen Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) des E-Mail-Relay-Servers ein

      • Wenn Sie den Microsoft E-Mail-Relay-Server verwenden:

        1. Deaktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen Standard-E-Mail-Dienst verwenden.

        2. Geben Sie den Namen des Microsoft-E-Mail-Relay-Servers ein. Es könnte smtp.office365.com sein, aber auch ein anderer Server, z. B. <IhreDomäne>.mail.protection.outlook.com könnte Ihr Mailserver sein. Bitte konsultieren Sie Ihr Microsoft 365 Admin Center für weitere Informationen.

        3. Geben Sie in das Feld E-Mail-Adresse eine E-Mail-Adresse in Ihrem Microsoft 365-Tenant ein, die zum Senden von E-Mails berechtigt ist.

        4. Geben Sie in das Feld Kennwort das Kennwort für das E-Mail-Adresskonto ein.

        5. Geben Sie im Feld HTTP-Proxy die URL des Proxys ein, wenn Ihre Website einen Proxy für den Zugriff Ihrer Server auf das World Wide Web verwendet. Wenden Sie sich an Ihre IT-Abteilung, um festzustellen, ob ein Proxy verwendet wird.

        6. Geben Sie in das Feld HTTP-Proxy-Port die Portnummer ein, über die der HTTP-Proxy Anfragen annimmt. Wenden Sie sich an Ihre IT-Abteilung, um diese Information zu erhalten.

    • Wenn das System integriert ist, werden alle Informationen von der ICU auf den integrierten IPP-Server kopiert. Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Informationen korrekt sind.
23. Klicken Sie auf Weiter.

24. Prüfen Sie auf dem Bildschirm „Konfigurationsübersicht“, ob alle Aktionen aufgeführt sind, die der ICCU ausführen soll, und klicken Sie auf Übernehmen.
    Die Konfiguration wird gestartet, und eine Fortschrittsleiste zeigt den Status an.

25. (Nur integriertes System) Wenn die Konfiguration abgeschlossen wurde, werden Sie aufgefordert, den Dienst InSite auf dem Prepress Portal-Server neu zu starten. Klicken Sie in der nun angezeigten Neustartmeldung auf OK. Starten Sie den Dienst InSite auf dem Prepress Portal-Server in Entsprechung der eingeblendeten Meldung neu.

26. Klicken Sie nach Abschluss der Konfiguration auf OK.
27. Klicken Sie auf dem Bildschirm Diagnose auf Fertig stellen.
28. Überprüfen Sie im Bildschirm „Konfigurationsergebnisse“, ob alle Schritte den Status „Fertig“ anzeigen, und klicken Sie auf Fertig.
    Wenn in einem Schritt der Status „Fehlgeschlagen“ angezeigt wird, notieren Sie die Fehlermeldung, und fahren Sie dann mit dem Upgrade fort. Wenn das Upgrade abgeschlossen ist, wenden Sie sich an den zuständigen Servicepartner, der Sie bei der Diagnose des Problems unterstützen wird. Sie können das InSite Creative Workflow-System erst starten, wenn das Problem behoben wurde.
29. Klicken Sie auf Fertigstellen.
30. Klicken Sie auf Ja, ich möchte meinen Computer jetzt neu starten, und klicken Sie dann auf Fertig stellen.
    Der Server wird neu gestartet.
    Hinweis: Je nach Verlauf und Konfiguration des Systems kann es 10-15 Minuten dauern, bis das ICW-System (TwAm-Dienst) zum ersten Mal nach der Aktualisierung gestartet wird.

Nota: (Solo sistema integrado) Asegúrese de que la versión de InSite Prepress Portal integrado es 10.0 y de que ejecuta la utilidad ICU en el servidor integrado InSite Prepress Portal antes de ejecutar el instalador de InSite Creative Workflow.

   Se iniciará el instalador de InSite TwAm y aparecerá un mensaje de advertencia sobre el requisito de la clave de licencia.
8. Haga clic en Aceptar.
   Aparecerá el asistente de instalación de InSite TwAm.
9. Haga clic en Siguiente.
   InSite Creative Workflow y los servicios IIS se detienen.

10. En la pantalla Cuenta de usuario de NT, escriba la contraseña (suele ser ARAXI). Vuelva a escribirla para confirmarla.
    Haga clic en Siguiente.

11. En la pantalla Resumen, haga clic en Siguiente.
    El instalador actualizará el software del sistema.
    Nota: Se espera que el proceso dure entre 10 minutos. Durante el proceso, la interfaz del asistente de instalación puede mostrar el estado"..(No responde)". Eso es normal. La instalación o actualización está transcurriendo sin problemas en segundo plano. Ignore el estado y espere; NO cancele el proceso de instalación/actualización forzando la salida del asistente de instalación.
12. Aparece el Asistente de ICCU.
13. En la pantalla de introducción, haga clic en Siguiente.

14. En la pantalla Escenario de configuración, seleccione si va a configurar InSite Creative Workflow como un servidor independiente o integrado y, a continuación, pulse Siguiente.

15. En el panel Credenciales administrativas, realice las siguientes acciones:

    1. Introduzca la contraseña de la cuenta de ARAXI.
       Si el sistema está integrado con un servidor Prepress Portal, el nombre de usuario y la contraseña deben coincidir con los del servicio in situ en el servidor Prepress Portal y el servicio ARAXI en el servidor Prinergy.

    2. Si ha trasladado el servidor a un dominio, marque la casilla de verificación Cuenta del dominio y, a continuación, introduzca el nombre de la cuenta con el siguiente formato: <DOMAIN>\<account user>.

    3. Haga clic en Siguiente.

16. (Solo para sistemas integrados) En la pantalla Información del servidor Prinergy primario, introduzca el nombre y la dirección IP del servidor primario y, a continuación, pulse Siguiente.

17. (Solo para sistemas integrados) En la pantalla Confirmación de la ejecución de ICU, si ha ejecutado la herramienta ICU en el servidor InSite Prepress Portal, seleccione Sí, he ejecutado la herramienta ICU en el servidor InSite Prepress Portal y, a continuación, haga clic en Continuar. 18. En la pantalla Modo DMZ:

      Nota: En un sistema integrado, el servidor Prepress Portal puede estar en un entorno DMZ, aunque no en el caso del servidor InSite Creative Workflow.

    • Si el sistema es autónomo y va a colocar el servidor en un entorno DMZ, marque la casilla de verificación Ejecutar el servidor InSite Creative en modo DMZ y, a continuación, haga clic en Siguiente.

      Si no va a colocar el servidor en un entorno DMZ o si tiene pensado configurar el entorno DMZ más adelante, haga clic en Siguiente sin marcar la casilla de verificación.

19. (Solo para sistemas con un servidor terciario) En la pantalla Servidor terciario aparece el servidor que ha configurado para almacenar proyectos y bibliotecas (aparte del servidor InSite Creative Workflow). Escriba la dirección IP del servidor terciario, seleccione el protocolo de acceso a archivos y haga clic en Siguiente.
    Si no tiene un servidor terciario, esta pantalla no aparece.

20. (Solo para la configuración del servidor de distribución) En la pantalla Servidores de distribución aparecerá cualquier servidor de distribución que haya instalado y configurado (aparte del servidor InSite Creative Workflow). Seleccione el nombre de cada servidor de distribución, escriba sus direcciones IP y, a continuación, haga clic en Siguiente.
    Si no tiene ningún servidor de distribución, esta pantalla no aparecerá.

21. En la pantalla Información sobre el modelo de datos de ICW:
    • Si el sistema es autónomo y desea instalar el modelo de datos de ICW en un servidor Prinergy:
      
      1. Marque la casilla de verificación Activar modelo de datos de ICW.
      2. Escriba el nombre y la dirección IP del servidor Prinergy.

      3. Haga clic en Siguiente.
    Puede dejar las casillas de verificación sin marcar si no va a instalar el modelo de datos RBA de ICW en un servidor Prinergy o si va a instalarlo más adelante.

22. En la pantalla Servidor de retransmisión de correo electrónico:

    • Si el sistema es autónomo:

      • Si utiliza un servidor de retransmisión de correo electrónico distinto del servidor de retransmisión de correo electrónico de Microsoft:

        1. Marque la casilla de verificación Utilizar servicio de correo electrónico predeterminado.

19. (Système avec serveur tertiaire uniquement) L'écran Serveur tertiaire indique le nom du serveur que vous avez configuré pour le stockage des projets et des bibliothèques (autre que le serveur Insite Creative Workflow). Saisissez l'adresse IP du serveur tertiaire, sélectionnez le protocole d'accès aux fichiers, puis cliquez sur Suivant.
    Si vous n'avez pas de serveur tertiaire, cet écran n'apparaît pas.

20.     Si vous n'installez pas le modèle de données ICW RBA sur un serveur Prinergy ou si vous prévoyez de le faire ultérieurement, il n'est pas nécessaire de cocher ces cases.

22. Dans l'écran Serveur relais de messagerie:

    • Si le système est autonome :

      • Si vous utilisez un serveur de relais de messagerie autre que le serveur de relais de messagerie Microsoft:

        1. Cochez la case Utiliser le service de messagerie par défaut.

17. （統合されたシステムのみ）［ICU Run Confirmation］画面で、InSite Prepress Portal サーバー上で ICU をすでに実行した場合は、［Yes, I have run the ICU utility on the InSite Prepress Portal Server］を選択し、［Continue］をクリックします。InSite Prepress Portal サーバーで ICU をまだ実行していない場合は、ここで実行し、［Yes, I have run the ICU utility on the InSite Prepress Portal Server］を選択して、［Continue］をクリックします。

18. ［DMZ Mode］画面で、次を実行します。

    • システムが統合されている場合は、［次へ］をクリックします。
      注意：統合されたシステムでは、Prepress Portal サーバーを DMZ 環境に配置できますが、InSite Creative Workflow サーバーは配置できません。

    • システムがスタンドアロンで、サーバーを DMZ 環境に配置している場合は、［Run InSite Creative Server in DMZ mode］チェック ボックスをオンにして、［Next］をクリックします。

    • サーバーを DMZ 環境に配置していない場合、または、後から DMZ 環境を設定する予定の場合は、チェック ボックスをオンにせずに、［Next］をクリックします。

19. （ターシャリ サーバーがあるシステムのみ）［Tertiary Server］ 画面には、プロジェクトとライブラリを保存するために設定したサーバー（InSite Creative Workflow サーバー以外）がリストされます。ターシャリ サーバーの IP アドレスを入力し、ファイル アクセス プロトコルを選択して、［Next］をクリックします。
    ターシャリ サーバーがない場合、この画面は表示されません。

20. （ディストリビューション サーバー構成のみ）［Distribution Servers］画面には、インストールして設定したディストリビューション サーバー（InSite Creative Workflow サーバー以外）がリストされます。各ディストリビューション サーバーの名前を選択し、その IP アドレスを入力して、［Next］をクリックします。
    ディストリビューション サーバーがない場合、この画面は表示されません。

21. ［ICW Data Model Information］画面で次を実行します。
    • システムがスタンドアロンで、ICW データ モデルを Prinergy サーバーにインストール予定の場合：
      
      1. ［EnableICW Data Model］チェックボックスをオンにします。
      2. Prinergy サーバー名と IP アドレスを入力します。
      3. 必要に応じて、［Use SSL encryption］をオンにします。
      4. ［Next］をクリックします。
    • システムが統合されている場合：
      

      1. ［Enable ICW Data Model］チェックボックスをオンにします。
         注意：Prinergy サーバー名と IP アドレスは、以前の手順から取得されます。この手順で変更することはできません。

      2. 必要に応じて、［Use SSL encryption］をオンにします。
      3. ［Next］をクリックします。
    ICW RBA データ モデルを Prinergy サーバーにインストールしない場合、または、それを後からインストールする予定の場合は、チェックボックスをオフのままにします。

22. ［Email Relay Server］画面:

    • システムがスタンドアロンの場合：

      • マイクロソフトのメールリレーサーバー以外のメールリレーサーバーを使用している場合：

        1. ［Use default email service］チェックボックスをオンにします。

        2. メールリレーサーバーのIPアドレスまたは完全修飾ドメイン名（FQDN）を入力します。

      • マイクロソフトのメールリレーサーバーを使用している場合：

        1. ［Use default email service］チェックボックスをオフにします。
        2. マイクロソフトのメールリレーサーバー名を入力します。これは smtp.office365.com かもしれませんが、他のサーバーかもしれません。例えば、<yourdomain>.mail.protection.outlook.com がメールサーバーかもしれません。詳細については、Microsoft 365 Admin Center を参照してください。
        3. ［Email Address] フィールドには、メールの送信が許可されている Microsoft 365 テナント内のメールアドレスを 1 つ入力します。
        4. ［Password] フィールドに、［Email Address] アカウントのパスワードを入力します。

    • システムが統合されている場合は、すべての情報は統合IPPサーバー上のICUからコピーされます。すべての情報が正しいことを確認してください。
23. ［Next］をクリックします。

24. ［Configuration Summary］画面で、ICCU によって実行する操作がすべてリストされていることを確認し、［Apply］をクリックします。
    設定が開始され、進捗状況バーにステータスが表示されます。

25. （統合されたシステムのみ）設定が完了すると、Prepress Portal サーバーの InSite サービスを再起動するように求められます。表示された再起動のメッセージで、［OK］をクリックします。メッセージで要求されたとおり、Prepress Portal サーバーの InSite サービスを再起動します。

26. 設定が完了したら、［Diagnostics］をクリックします。
27. ［診断］画面で［Finish］をクリックします。
28. ［設定結果］画面で、すべての手順のステータスが［完了］であることを確認し、［完了］をクリックします。
    いずれかのステップでステータスが［失敗］と表示されている場合は、エラー メッセージを記録してから、アップグレードを続行します。アップグレードが終了したら、サービス担当者に連絡し、問題を診断するためのサポートを依頼してください。問題が解決されるまで、InSite Creative Workflow システムは起動できません。
29. ［Finish］をクリックします。
30. ［Yes, I want to restart my computer now］を選択し、［Finish］をクリックします。
    サーバーが再起動されます。
    注意：ICWシステム(TwAmサービス)は、アップグレード後の初回起動に、履歴やシステム構成によっては10～15分程度かかる場合があります。

注：（仅限集成系统）确保集成 InSite Prepress Portal 的版本为 10.0，并确保在运行 InSite Creative Workflow 安装程序之前在集成 InSite Prepress Portal 服务器上运行 ICU 实用程序。

1. 使用 ARAXI 帐户登录 Creative Workflow 服务器。不要使用远程桌面连接执行升级。

2. 如果您尚未下载 TwAm_10.0.0.109.zip 文件，请现在下载这些文件并将它们保存到您的 Creative Workflow 服务器上的 J: 驱动器中 (例如，j:\ICWStuff 文件夹）。

7. 系统重新启动后，登录并重复步骤 #4 以再次启动安装程序。
   InSite TwAm 安装程序启动后，会出现一条关于许可证密钥要求的警告消息。
8. 单击 OK。
   InSite TwAm 安装程序向导将出现。
9. 单击 Next。
   InSite Creative Workflow 和 IIS 服务将停止。

10. 在 “NT User Account” 屏幕上，键入密码（通常为 ARAXI）。再次键入以确认。
    单击 Next。

11. 在 “Summary” 屏幕上，单击 Next。
    安装程序将更新系统上的软件。
    注：这个过程预计需要10分钟。在此过程中，安装程序向导界面可能会显示“...（无响应）”状态。这属于正常情况。此时，安装/升级过程正在后台顺利进行。请保持该状态并等待；不要通过强制退出安装程序向导来中止安装/升级过程。
12. ICCU 向导将会出现。
13. 在 “Welcome” 屏幕上，单击 Next。

14. 在 “Configuration Scenario” 屏幕上，选择是配置独立还是集成 InSite Creative Workflow 服务器，然后单击 Next。

15. 在 “Administrative Credentials” 屏幕中，执行以下操作：

    1. 键入 ARAXI 帐户的密码。
       如果系统与 Prepress Portal 服务器集成在一起，则用户名和密码必须与 Prepress Portal 服务器上 InSite 服务以及印能捷服务器上的 ARAXI 服务的用户名和密码匹配。

    2. 如果您已将服务器移至域，请选中 Domain Account 复选框，然后用以下格式键入帐户名称：<DOMAIN>\<account user>。

    3. 单击 Next。

16. （仅限集成系统）在 Prinergy Primary server Information 屏幕上，键入 Primary Server Name 和 Primary Server IP Address，然后单击 Next。

19. （仅限具有三级服务器的系统）在 “Tertiary Server” 屏幕上，将列出您为存储项目和库配置的服务器（InSite Creative Workflow 服务器除外）。键入三级服务器的 IP 地址，选择文件访问协议，然后单击 Next。
    如果您没有三级服务器，则不会出现此屏幕。

20. （仅限 Distribution 服务器配置）在“Distribution 服务器”屏幕上，将列出您已安装和配置的任何 Distribution 服务器（InSite Creative Workflow 服务器除外）。选择每个 Distribution 服务器的名称，键入其 IP 地址，然后单击 Next。
    如果您没有 Distribution 服务器，则不会出现此屏幕。

21. 在 “ICW Data Model Information” 屏幕上：
    • 如果系统是独立的，并且您想要在印能捷服务器上安装 “ICW Data Model”：
      
      1. 选中 EnableICW Data Model 复选框。
      2. 键入 Prinergy Server Name 和 IP Address。
      3. 如果需要，请选中 Use SSL encryption。

        1. 选中 Use default email service 复选框。

24. 在 “Configuration Summary” 屏幕上，检查您希望 ICCU 执行的所有操作是否均已列出，然后单击 Apply。
    配置将启动，进度条将显示状态。

25. （仅限集成系统）配置完成后，系统将要求您在 Prepress Portal 服务器上重新启动 InSite 服务。在显示的重新启动消息框中，单击 OK。根据消息中的请求，在 Prepress Portal 服务器上重新启动 InSite 服务。

26. 当配置完成后，单击 Diagnostics。
27. 在 “Diagnostics” 屏幕中，单击 Finish。
28. 在 “Configuration Results” 屏幕中，检查所有步骤是否都显示 “Done” 状态，然后单击 Done。
    如果某个步骤显示 “Failed” 状态，请记录错误消息，然后继续升级。升级完成后，请联系您的服务代表以获得诊断问题的帮助。在问题解决之前，您无法启动 InSite Creative Workflow 系统。
29. 单击 Finish。
30. 单击 Yes, I want to restart my computer now 然后单击 Finish。
    服务器重新启动。
    注意：根据历史记录和系统配置，ICW 系统（TwAm 服务）在升级后首次启动可能需要 10-15 分钟。
