Two-factor authentication by email is available for user login. This protects against user information being inappropriately accessed by a malicious actor that has obtained an account name and password. The InSite Creative Workflow server sends a verification code to the account holder's email address; this code must be entered to gain entry to InSite Creative Workflow. The code expiry period (minutes) and the retention period (days) are configurable.

Microsoft mail server support for email relay

InSite Creative Workflow can now access Microsoft mail server (e.g. servers, like smtp.office365.com or similar) can be set as an email relay server.
