Important:

  • If your system is not on the at Prepress Portal 9.2 on Windows 2019, do not attempt this upgrade and contact your local Response Center representative for assistance.
  • If the installed version on of your Prinergy server is not 9.0.1 or later, upgrade your Prinergy server before upgrading Prepress Portal to version 9.5.
  • If you need assistance to upgrade to Prepress Portal 9.5, contact your local Response Center representative.

Allow sufficient time for the upgrade process. The general installation of version 9.5 will take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending upon configuration. InSite will not be online and your customers will not be able to upload or approve pages during this time.
